It's been a busy first half of 2010 for ISHR Group. We are thrilled to have brought on several new clients who we now count as partners. One trend we are seeing is a strong interest from our clients in having us help their leaders to become better coaches. We are often asked, "How can we take our high-potential leaders and have them "coach" their direct reports and/or others in the organization to be even more successful?" We are strong proponents that 'coaching' isn't feedback; it's so much more than that.

On a personal note, ISHR Group will be participating in the Susan B. Komen 3-day walk this October!  We are pleased to be  participating, fund-raising and walking for such a wonderful organization.
