Before joining the ISHR Group in 2003, Ellen was a Director of Talent Assessment & Development for Spherion’s Human Capital Consulting Practice. Prior to consulting, Ellen spent 10 years with GE in a variety of Human Resources roles in the US and Europe. She began her career in Pharmaceutical Sales. Ellen designed ISHR’s Executive Assessment methodology and has traveled the globe coaching Human Resources and Business Leaders in how to effectively assess and develop their internal leadership talent. Ellen’s recent clients include McKesson, Pulte Group, American Securities, Turner Broadcasting, GE, Nielsen, and Syngenta. She is certified in the Birkman Profile, Hogan Inventory and the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) assessment tools and is a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute (CTI). Ellen’s “Incites on Leadership” article recently appeared in Enterprising Women. She is the co-author of, “GUIDE Coaching: A Leader’s Guide to Building Alignment and Engagement.”
Ellen holds a BA in Psychology from Gettysburg College and an MBA from St. Joseph’s University. She resides in Atlanta with her husband, Kevin, and daughters, Alex and Cori, who attend Atlanta International School. She is a Board Member for The Global Village Project. Ellen’s passions include hiking with her two weims, pilates, and international travel.

Monique started her career with General Motors, and later joined General Electric’s Human Resource Management Program. In 1999, she had a vision to create a niche consulting firm focused on providing targeted and customized solutions for developing authentic leaders and ISHR Group was launched. Monique earned her certification as a Six Sigma Quality Program Black Belt and is a certified practitioner of the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) and the Birkman Profile. Her recent clients include Freddie Mac, Grant Thornton, Agilysys, SP+,and PNC. She is the co-author of, “GUIDE Coaching: A Leader’s Strategy for Building Alignment and Engagement.”
Monique received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan, a Masters of Labor & Industrial Relations from Michigan State University, and a Juris Doctorate cum laude from Albany Law School. She was named one of “40 Under 40” by the Atlanta Business Chronicle, an Enterprising Women Magazine Woman of the Year, a WBE Star by the Greater Women’s Business Council, and a Womenetics POW! Awardee. She is a member of the Women Presidents’ Organization (WPO), and is a Board Member for the Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta. Monique lives in Atlanta with her husband, Justin, their children, Kendall and Harrison, and two rescue dogs. She loves to travel and experience new adventures. She thrives on challenge and brings an extraordinary amount of energy to every endeavor.

Stacy graduated from GE’s Human Resources Leadership Program, was a certified Six Sigma Quality Black Belt, and an auditor for GE’s Audit Staff. She designed the full spectrum of GUIDE Coaching and Leadership ROI courses. Her recent corporate clients include Amazon, Beacon, Coca-Cola, GE, Hexcel, Nielsen, Rexel, Sabic, and XL Catlin.She is certified in the Birkman Profile, Hogan Inventory and the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) assessment tools and is a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute (CTI). Stacy earned her Bachelors degree in Social Science and a Masters degree in Labor Relations/Human Resources, both from Michigan State University.
Stacy serves on the Executive Board of Emerge, a non-profit that provides scholarships to women whose educations have been interrupted. Stacy lives in Atlanta with her husband, Alan, their three children, Emma, Brennan and Gavin, and two rescue labs. She loves adventure: she is an avid runner and enjoys traveling the world.

We bring a strong global awareness to our services. Our perspective is unique. Having worked with leaders across six continents, we understand the implications of global leadership and the nuances of cultural differences. Our ability to work alongside global leaders provides us with a broad perspective that is a critical asset to any business operating in today’s global economy. We recognize the world is getting smaller every day, and we value our ability to understand what that new orientation means.
Building a sense of community is important to us. We recognize the need to give back and are active volunteers sharing our experience and expertise. Over the years, we have provided pro bono consulting to organizations such as WellSpring Living, Zoo Atlanta, the Susan B. Komen Foundation, and Girls, Inc. We have volunteered with 21st Century Leaders to provide leadership skills training to high school students and have sponsored scholarships for women whose education has been interrupted by significant obstacles. We currently serve on the Board of Directors for Emerge, the Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta, and the Global Village Project.
ISHR Group is certified as a Women Business Enterprise (WBE) by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). Our clients with formal Supplier Diversity programs recognize the value of our WBE certification. We are active members of the Women President’s Organization (WPO) and the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Your partner team at ISHR Group can best be described as energetic, talented, and innovative. I’m Monique Honaman. I founded Incite Strategies in 1999 to leverage my corporate HR career, focus on my passion for leadership development, and exercise my entrepreneurial spirit. The next few years brought steady growth to the company. As business grew, so did the need to bring on additional resources, and Stacy Sollenberger and Ellen Dotts became partners in our firm. Stacy brings creativity and innovation to our team. Her strength lies in her ability to translate the needs of our clients into the design and delivery of challenging and interactive leadership programs. Ellen brings a practical, no-nonsense approach which clients truly appreciate. Her strength lies in her ability to quickly assess leaders and their organizations and provide feedback on ways to operate more effectively.
Our trio quickly discovered how well we complemented one another. Our business reflected that synergy and we continued to bring on additional talented resources. In 2006, we formed HR OptIn to provide HR project management services. By 2008, we merged Incite Strategies and HR OptIn to create ISHR Group. This means our clients benefit from a stellar team with focused expertise in leadership assessment, development and coaching, and our clients reap the benefit of tapping into HR talent who can hit the ground running and make meaningful contributions.
Our work has taken us around the world. We have been featured in the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, the NY Post, the Atlanta Business Chronicle, and HR Executive, to name but a few, and have been recognized with numerous awards. We are a certified Women Business Enterprise (WBE). Our commitment to our community is evident through our active involvement on various non-profit boards and organizations.
